PROTEAN II Xi 电泳槽；大型垂直电泳
PROTEAN II xi 电泳槽可运行大型垂直电泳，用于多种分离，包括 SDS-PAGE、非变性电泳以及琼脂糖凝胶电泳等。 PROTEAN II xi 槽具有两种尺寸，最多可容纳四块* 16 x 16 cm 或 16 x 20 cm 凝胶。
优势特点
可使用手灌胶：灌胶架上的单螺纹夹可在全长玻板上均匀施加压力，防漏密封设计，无需封脂类或琼脂糖中央冷却芯可外接到循环水或冷却循环器，或灌装冷却剂作为散热器使用，只需 1.5 L 缓冲液就可以保证凝胶结果不会出现“微笑”现象
可选择两种长度的凝胶：16或20cm，根据凝胶长度选择相应的玻板、封边垫条、三明治夹等配件
使用 PROTEAN II 多板凝胶灌制器、495 型梯度仪和合适的对数活塞可灌制多种梯度胶。用胶夹便于大胶的操作
使用带凹口的玻板，可同时进行四块 16 x 16 cm 或 16 x 20 cm 手灌胶电泳（不建议用于 2-D 应用）
可选择磨砂玻板进行高分辨率的垂直琼脂糖核酸电泳
加样梳转换螺纹夹可将 PROTEAN II xi 加样梳从标准的 25 mm 孔深转变为 10 mm 孔深，并方便从凝胶中取出
应用于第二向电泳的 PROTEAN II IPG 转换组合套件
转换组合套件可扩展PROTEAN II xi 电泳槽的功能，如用于管式IEF凝胶和第二向的SDS-PAGE。可把 PROTEAN II xi 电泳槽转换为：
PROTEAN xi 2-D Cell — 使用配套组件和其他组件可转换用于 16 个 IEF 管式凝胶
PROTEAN II XL Cell — 使用 可选的 PROTEAN II IPG 转换组合套件可用于 17cm IPG 胶条的双向电泳电泳槽包括带密封垫的中央致冷芯、下槽缓冲液室、带电缆线的电泳槽盖、2 套玻板、4 套三明治夹、上层缓冲液挡板、带有密封衬垫的灌胶架、气泡式水平仪、说明书。16cm 电泳槽带有用于16cm凝胶电泳的夹板。20cm 电泳槽带有用于 20cm 凝胶电泳的夹板。
